Check-in & Check-out

To enable us to get your room/suite ready in time, we kindly request you to state the approximate time of your arrival as soon as you make your booking.

Generally, accommodation will be reserved for you until 6 p.m., but we do remind you that any arrivals after that time are only possible in exceptional circumstances and upon explicit agreement.

To get the rooms/suites ready for new arrivals, we ask our guests to vacate their rooms/suites by 10.30 a.m. on the day of their departure.
